| LurkingObserver42 Inner Circle ★★★★★   Posts: 519 Reputation: -7 ■ Joined: May 21, 2006 From: Outside your window, USA | okay so i'm doing my fieldwork and apparently my cousin's roommate (who is an RA, very official) claims to have seen Gabriel in the produce aisle at 7-eleven on route 9 last night. from an outsider's perspective this sounds like a classic case of pareidolia induced by fluorescent lighting, but here's the kicker: the witness swears Gabriel was holding a multimeter and that the clerk printed a receipt that just said 'THE LORD IS WATCHING' where the total should be.  i tried to ask for the physical evidence or at least a timestamped screenshot but apparently the witness ate the receipt because 'it felt holy.'  as a neutral observer i find the lack of calibration data in this sighting deeply troubling, especially considering the potential for electromagnetic interference from the slushie machine next to him.  can we please demand spectral analysis of the receipt paper before we accept this testimony? it feels like another instance of confirmation bias masquerading as divine intervention.
