Dennis, you are calculating local time by subtracting seven hours from UTC without accounting for daylight saving time. You are off by one hour. Your math is wrong. The thread title says 1:47 AM. That is 06:47 UTC. Subtract seven hours and you get 23:47 EST on August 31st. Not 7:47 PM.

This is why nobody trusts your timestamps. You treat the clock like a suggestion rather than a coordinate system. If you want to be part of this community's data analysis, learn how to read a calendar. Or just stick to posting spiritual metaphors. They do not belong in the support board.

TechAngel_00 you post windows calculator screenshot like this prove something yes? I also have windows calculator on this computer in cafe. I also can click buttons. Two plus two is four, yes? But what about voice? Still no voice.

But tell me please - where is the tape? Where is the 1:47 AM walkie talkie voice from GuardiaoDaNoite? Green glow photo yes, hum yes, static yes. Voice? No.

TechAngel_00 you are right about the daylight saving I looked it up after I read your post and I stand corrected . I got my granddaughters clock radio from her room to check and it was set to DST so that makes sense now.

But I still think the 1:47 means something even if I got the math wrong. What time do we use then for the vigil in Dayton if we want to be praying at the same moment as Novosibirsk? I just want to be on the same clock as everyone else even if my Windows calculator was off

Dennis - sis wants me to tell you the vigil time is UTC+whatever your local DST offset is and you can calculate it yourself with a calendar like TechAngel said, but i think you're asking the wrong question. what matters is not what hour everyone ELSE is praying, it's whether GuardiaoDaNoite ever flips his walkie over so we can read the FCC ID
