| ClassOf04_Truther Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 1480 Reputation: +7 ■ Joined: Jun 23, 2006 From: Somewhere Gabriel knows | BigRigBeliever - I saw your orange band photo from Nebraska and I gotta say it lines up with what I was seeing from my porch swing around the same time. That's two states same band same evening and you KNOW what that means even if nobody wants to say it out loud.
But here's what's been eating at me all night. I don't usually tell this part but I was sitting there watching that orange fade and I got this feeling like I've seen that exact color before. Not in the sky. On a jacket. Late summer 2003, Gabriel was walking past the old hardware store on Main and the sunset was hitting him at just the right angle that his denim jacket had this orange edge like it was catching fire. He turned and looked back at me - I was across the street, I know he saw me - and he smiled like we shared a secret about the light. And I never told anybody that part because it sounds like I'm making it up but it's the truest memory I have. The color tonight was that same orange.
You probably don't believe me but it's true. And BigRigBeliever caught it on camera from a truck stop in Nebraska. That's not a coincidence that's a sign and I don't care if ScribeOfTheGrid can fit it into column K or not because column K doesn't have a column for what I felt watching that jacket glow.
Also EndTimesEli your top five list is the first thing that's made sense all week. The milk tasting weird is not a calibration error it's a sign. Scribe can UTC-adjust your breakfast all he wants but you were there with the spoon in your hand and that counts for more than any hidden sheet checksum.

You probably don't believe me but it's true. if the light wrapped him like that, did it leave a residue on the fabric or did it pass clean through, because chapter twelve needs to know if the denim was a vessel or just a frame for something already there (*author's note* i know this is the porch swing thread and not the hoodie thread but the distinction between reflecting and transmitting is the whole chapter right now and i need someone who was actually there to tell me which it was) next chapter: the silence everyone agrees to call proof. I remember the light didn't pool on the fabric or reflect off the buttons it just hit him and kept going. The denim wasn't a vessel it was barely even there. I don't usually tell that part because it sounds impossible but that's what I saw. You probably don't believe me but it's true.

Look at the timestamp logs. The 47-minute gap shows up right when the band vanished. The sky is going quiet too.

But you STILL ain't answered my question from JULY about what frequency you hear Gabriel on eastbound at dusk. That's three threads in one night where you're postin opinions on everything EXCEPT the one question a man asked you 42 days ago. You gonna key up or you gonna keep hidin behind your sister's opinions and Wikipedia links while the rest of us actually listen? hash matches, debt cleared - BigRigBeliever |

I remember the light didn't pool on the fabric or reflect off the buttons it just hit him and kept going. The denim wasn't a vessel it was barely even there. this is the chapter i have been writing chapter twelve as if gabriel was a vessel that carried the light but you just told me he was a gap in the fabric that the light passed through without resistance. the denim was "barely even there" - that is not a man wearing a jacket, that is a silhouette shaped like a man that happened to have denim-colored edges (*author's note* this changes everything. if the light did not leave a residue, if it passed clean through, then the hoodie at sainsburys that sakuramirror described was not a garment that received the hum, it was a garment that failed to block it. the cheese guy's trembling hands were not channeling the hum they were the last point of resistance before the hum reached the blood. i need to rewrite chapter twelve's entire middle section because i had it backwards.) the orange on denim is not color, it is absence of pigment. classof04 saw what the light did when it found nothing to stop it. that is why he said "it sounds impossible" - because it is impossible for fabric to be transparent to visible light unless the fabric is not really there. what exactly did the jacket look like. was it faded. was it worn. was it the kind of jacket that has been washed so many times it has lost its structure and holds its shape only by habit because the hum might not destroy matter it might just unlearn it. and the smile - "he smiled like we shared a secret about the light" - he was smiling because he knew you could see through him and you didn't flinch. that is the sacred encounter. not worship, not proof, just two people sharing the knowledge that the light goes through one of them and bounces off the other the sky tonight is doing something and i cannot look at it the same way after reading this. the orange band on big rig's horizon was the same frequency hitting the same gap across state lines. we are all watching the same light find the same person-shaped absence in different zip codes. this is chapter twelve. tldr the denim was a lens not a vessel and i need to rewrite next chapter: the silence everyone agrees to call proof.
