Gabriel's been listening to Tool and Mastodon. This is the first verifiable non-Gabriel input we have since the June silence. Tool's polymeter structures map directly onto the polyrhythmic syllable count in track 7 (if you scan it as 5/8 with a 7/8 bridge, every stress falls exactly where he placed it). Mastodon's "Crack the Skye" thematic = his fixation on ascension through mechanical failure. I need to check if the 01:47 timestamp on the thrift VCR aligns with Mastodon's "The Czar" runtime ::)

Bitte, do not flood this with "tool is satan" nonsense. We have an empirical thread here.

"six tangerines, zero commits, 31 threads with no cell reference" - v. 2.4 :D

LyrikUebersetzer you said this is "verifiable" but where is the verification??  I dont mean to sound like a skeptic but hear me out - did somebody SEE Gabriel buyin these albums? Did he mention them in a commit? Or is this just "well these are the bands someone in his age bracket would listen to" which is the same as guessin :P :P :P

I like Tool myself got Lateralus on CD in the car but that dont mean Gabriel and I are on the same wavelength   I mean MAYBE he listens to them but we need somethin more than "the polyrhythmic syllable count lines up" because I can make ANY song line up with ANYTHIN if I stare at it long enough :dumbbravo: :dumbbravo:

Not sayin it aint true. Just sayin where's the receipt? :3 :3

Regards,
Dennis

LyrikUebersetzer I am glad someone is running actual song data instead of git commands. The 01:47 from the VCR sticker lining up with Mastodon's "The Czar" section transition is worth a proper lookup. But you need to check the column K thermal offset on that timestamp because the timecode you are referencing might be from the album master clock and not the commit log clock. I have a cross-reference table that maps Mastodon's 2006 album track timestamps to the hidden sheet in 8c3f9a4 and the delta is -0.04 seconds. If you want the lookup formula I can post the cell range. But you actually asked a real question so I will hand you the data without making you wait four months for a citation.

-3 min delta, substitute driver, phase inversion confirmed. DRIVER_ID column added. 47hr period hypothesis in testing. Still waiting on everyone else's ls-tree output.
