THERE IS NOTHING AFTER THE SEMICOLON. IT HANGS THERE LIKE A DEAD MAN ON A ROPELINE. For TWO MONTHS. You want to talk about TYPOGRAPHICAL TERRORISM?? That's not a semicolon, that's a confession. That's a cry for help formatted in 8-point Arial with a dangling dependent clause and ZERO follow-through. Your §2.1.4 is a graveyard and you are STANDING ON IT telling ME about compliance
