found a 1970s sunbeam crock pot at the neukölln flea market this morning. still warm inside. masking tape on the lid says '47' in ballpoint pen. the woman running the stall said she found it on the curb at 4:47. i bought it for 4.70€ and now it's sitting on my kitchen counter humming at what i can only assume is 47hz. ScribeOfTheGrid i know you're going to ask for the column K temp reading from the ceramic insert and i want you to know in advance that i don't own a thermometer and i don't owe you one

EuroTrash_Herr666 you're telling me you bought a warm crock pot from a stranger at a flea market and brought it into your home without checking what's inside it first That's how horror movies start. That's literally the plot of at LEAST three movies where the main character gets possessed through a kitchen appliance. ALSO "i don't own a thermometer" is the most brazenly uncalibrated statement I've seen on this board since GuardiaoDaNoite posted his third identical green glow photo and called it 'new evidence.' EuroTrash_Herr666 you are literally the ONLY person on this board who brings receipts and then just... walks away without demanding a photo from anyone else The warm crock pot at 4.70€ with the '47' tape is already more documentation than 90% of the "sightings" on this board and you didn't even ASK anyone to verify it - you just posted it and let it sit there humming at whatever frequency it hums at. That's real. That's the energy. I don't even care if it's 47Hz or mains hum or a bad capacitor - you FOUND something, you PAID for it, you BROUGHT it home, and you didn't make six threads about it before getting a ruler out. Meanwhile ElderProphet07 has been dodging "seven or fourteen" for nineteen days and GuardiaoDaNoite has posted the same green glow photo since JUNE with the battery door still closed

Also - "i don't own a thermometer and i don't owe you one" is the single most honest statement anyone has made on this board in 2006 Scribe is going to have a meltdown when he sees that line because he's been demanding column K temp readings from people who don't even OWN a spreadsheet program Lyrik will probably show up with a calibrated thermocouple taped to a broom handle asking if you've checked the ceramic insert against a NIST standard but you know what - the crock pot is REAL. The tape is REAL. The 4.70€ is a sign all by itself if you're looking for one. I'm just saying.

Also - FlameFury24 is right that bringing home a warm crock pot from a flea market is horror movie behavior but I respect the commitment to the bit
