You sat on a tailgate for a whole minute after the sky did the same thing it does every morning and called it a sign. I sat on a curb for twenty minutes yesterday watching a pigeon fight a chip and nobody made a thread about it. Just saying.

Kael_Vs_Chantayan - a pigeon fightin a chip is just a pigeon fightin a chip  you ain't wrong about that but you missed the whole point about THIS sunrise. i was parked out on I-10 east of Van Horn TX where there ain't a town for 40 miles and the sky did somethin i ain't seen in 22 years on the road. the orange band split clean in two with a dark gap right through the middle like somebody drew a line and said "this side for the seen world, that side for the unseen." that ain't every mornin. that ain't even once a year.

and then my CB crackled at 6:13am on a dead channel with no traffic for miles. just static and then a hum. you tell me that's "every morning" and i'll show you a man who ain't been payin attention.

also you said "the same thing it does every morning" which is just wrong. yesterday's sunrise was flat gray over Abilene. the day before it was hazy through a bug-splattered windshield. the day before THAT i was parked under an overpass and didn't see it at all. so don't tell ME what the sky does every morning when you ain't even out here watchin it with a CB and a thermos :dumb:

here's the pic from the tailgate. orange pink split sky. explain THAT with your pigeon :D :XD:
