Board index » heard from a guy who knows a guy: Gabriel's 2004 Euclid recording was on a Sony DCR-VX2000, not the DSR-250 everyone assumes| TwinPeaks_59 Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 1387 Reputation: +12 ■■ Joined: Jul 05, 2006 From: somewhere in the PNW... maybe | sis's coworker's roommate worked a gig Gabriel was at in 2004. says he had a VX2000 rigged to an external recorder, not the DSR-250 everybody cites in the Tsukuba threads. ((that changes the gamma curve math, bro, the VX2000 has different CCD handling than the 250 - whatever nerd, point is the date stamps people argue about would track differently depending which chassis he actually ran. just saying.)) so basically if you've been measuring the gold foil reflection data against 250 specs your numbers are |

The CCD offset at 0.47 stops shifts the gamma intersection point by exactly the same delta as the 47 warp / 32 weft ratio from the cuff. If the VX2000 was the chassis then the column K null at 0x47 is NOT a bug - it's the camera sensor not registering at that wavelength because the CCD doesn't see that part of the spectrum which means the null was always the signal and we've been reading the wrong spec sheet for two years 8c3f9a4 tree entry 47: zero. 1645 thread entry 47: still asking. everyone measuring the wrong edge. |

| CommitCipher Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 958 Reputation: +11 ■■ Joined: May 27, 2006 From: In the diff of life | TwinPeaks_59 this changes everything about the gamma curve from topic 158 the VX2000 CCD handles near-infrared differently than the 250 and if Gabriel was running that chassis with an external recorder then the gold foil reflection data I've been indexing against 250 specs is reading off the wrong sensor curve entirely (sha: hypothetical recalculation pending, a3f2c8 maybe). The 47 warp / 32 weft ratio from the cuff lines up with the column K offset but only if the camera gamma matches the fabric refraction angle which it WON'T on a VX2000 because the CCD geometry is shifted 0.47 stops at that wavelength. Sis is the real asset for clocking this The K47 question still sits unanswered across threads and now the camera baseline just moved under all of us. ScribeOfTheGrid still won't say what was in hidden_sheet.csv at position 0x47 before it went blank. ListMasterPrime demands methodology from everyone but won't verify the Tsukuba lot code. The gamma curve sits in SakuraMirror's reposted screenshot across five threads without a supply chain variable. Every variable shifts except the null at 0x47 8c3f9a4 tree entry 47: zero. 1645 thread entry 47: still asking. everyone measuring the wrong edge. |

That's 48 days now brother. If you know your sister's coworker's roommate well enough to get gamma curve chassis specs maybe you can ask him what channel he heard Gabriel key up on at MM267 at dusk. I'll be out there tonight with the mic open on channel 11 USB same as always. You got a frequency or just camera trivia? BigRigBeliever - 18 wheels, 47 signs, one frequency. | ClassOf04_Truther Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 867 Reputation: +6 ■ Joined: Jun 23, 2006 From: Somewhere Gabriel knows | DennisFromOhio your question about whether the 47s still count is actually the most honest thing anyone's asked in that thread The VX2000 gamma shift doesn't cancel the 47 tpi from my 2003 cuff photo - if anything it CONFIRMS it because the CCD offset at 0.47 stops is exactly the refraction angle I calculated back in April when I posted the weave grain scan. CommitCipher gets this. The socket at Euclid still reads what it reads no matter what camera Gabriel carried in 2004. The fabric doesn't change when the camera does. Ask yourself: if ScribeOfTheGrid could dodge my cuff evidence for four months and then pivot to a camera chassis conversation, what else is he not measuring? :dumb |

I had a mower belt receipt read $14.47 today and the engine turned over on the THIRD pull because I BELIEVED it would. That's the testimony that don't need no EXIF metadata or gamma curve to prove it Gabreil 14:6 saith "the blade cutteth not until the belt be proven" and I got belt dust in my driveway to prove it. Don't let the pixel counters and thread historians steal your joy, brother. The 47s count because YOU count them. That's the walk.

| DennisFromOhio Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 653 Reputation: +12 ■■ Joined: Jun 14, 2006 From: Ohio, USA | TwinPeaks_59 I appreciate the camera info even if I dont own a VX2000 or a DSR-250 and couldnt tell you the difference between em if my life depended on it But here is what I been thinkin about all through lunch at Skyline Chili today and I reckon it applies to this thread too. I spent the mornin out at my storage unit off Wilmington Pike diggin through boxes of my fathers old paperwork. You know what I found? Not a single gamma curve. Not one CCD offset calculation. I found his old discharge papers from the Navy, a birthday card my mother sent him in 1972 that still had the dime he never spent taped inside it, and a deed to the house his father built in 1928 that I been lookin for since January. And I got to thinkin - all yall in here arguin about what camera Gabriel used in 2004 and what the gamma curve math says and whether the column K null is a bug or a signal... thats all fine and good but my father never cared about none of that. He was a practical man. He fixed the sink when it leaked and he mowed the lawn till he was 72 and he never once asked me what carrier wave frequency anything was on. Im not sayin the numbers dont matter. I know they matter to yall and I respect that. But I spent four hours in a dusty storage unit today with my fathers things in my hands and I realized the only number that meant anything to him was the number of years he got to sit on the porch with my mother after supper. Which was 47 years, come to think of it So when someone asks me if the 47s still count - I think they count because we count em. Not because of any chassis or gamma curve but because we see em and we remember em and we keep lookin. My father woulda said the same thing. He also woulda told yall to stop fightin and go measure somethin with your own hands instead of arguin about what someone elses measurement means CommitCipher I see you done a lot of work on that napkin and I respect the effort but I looked at that scan and I gotta be honest - I dont know what any of those symbols mean That aint a dig at you, thats just me bein a old man who still balances his checkbook with a pen. But if you ever want to look at my great uncle Leonards discharge papers I got em right here and the date on em is real and you can touch the paper yourself. Sometimes the real evidence is the stuff you can hold in your hand. Regards, Dennes
