Called my boy this mornin just to check on that bathroom faucet I reseated the washer on Thursday. He says bone dry, not a single drip since. I dunno why but that just made my whole week right there y'know :D Sometimes the little things are the big things I guess. He said "dad you still got it" and I told him dont get too comfortable I still got the kitchen sink lookin at me funny next weekend :rofl: :rofl: Regards, Dennes

my faucet is dripping too but landlord just shrugs at me every time I ask........ must be nice to have a dad who can fix things!!!

^ this... I mean I aint sayin I'm a great dad but if your landlord wont fix a drip thats just neglectful. A drip left alone will eat through the washer and then the seat and then your water bill goes up 10 dollars a month easy. I seen it at my old house on Dorothy Lane. If you was local I'd offer to come take a look but I reckon we aint in the same town probably :frown: :smile:
