It's a sign, not a short circuit. TechAngel_00 can suck on his oscilloscope all he wants, the truck stop chapel light flickered at 1:47 on the dot and i had 12 volts steady in the cab. but hey, maybe i should bring my CB and we can all listen to the static instead of arguing about outlets
