From: Row 42, Column 9 | GraceWarrior_77, the date stamp you cited is week 3 of 2004 - which only proves the housing was cast then. The bulb inside is the 2005 flicker unit. Check column K row 12 for the thermal imprint that mismatches the housing date. You're reading the box, not the contents.
