Because the August 7 commit at 19:47:23 UTC populated column K in sheet 2, row 45 - I have the raw .wav header from the exact sag event that created that row, and I can tell you with academic certainty that the DST flag is set correctly and the thermal offset coefficient is 0.00047V per degree Celsius, not the 0.04V that MamaBear_2006 keeps hallucinating.
