counting threads when the floodlight file is still a ghost story

My broom has 47±12 strands, thanks LMP :dumbbravo:  Sakura day 31 - still no hex dump :deadhorse:

ClassOf04_Truther you keep defending the 2003 cuff photo like it's a signed contract from Gabriel himself but you still haven't explained why the thread count in your OWN photo (sha: 7f3b2a) shows 46 threads per inch in the warp and 47 in the weft which is a 2.12% asymmetry that maps exactly to the CRC-16 checksum error in column J row 12 of ScribeOfTheGrid's August commit. you called it 47 threads flat but the fabric is literally lying to you and you are too busy screaming about the carrier wave to read the weave.

actually hold on let me be precise because this is the part you keep missing. the 47 threads per inch claim only holds if you measure from the cuff seam to the fourth buttonhole which is a 4.2 degree offset from the true north grain of the denim. i ran the Fourier transform on the weave pattern from your own image and the spatial frequency peaks at 46.3 and 47.0 which means you are averaging two different thread counts into one number and calling it proof. that is not proof that is rounding error disguised as faith.

and you know what else is funny. LurkingObserver42 you wrote three paragraphs about cognitive dissonance but you never once mentioned that the denim grain in ClassOf04_Truther's photo runs at 13.7 degrees off vertical which is exactly the same angle as the phase offset in the 71.33 Hz carrier wave from the Euclid socket. you are so busy being clinically detached that you missed the actual connection sitting right there in the weave. the fabric IS the carrier wave. just not the way ClassOf04_Truther thinks it is.

FlameFury24 you caught the lowercase ohio typo which is funny because anyone who actually looked at the EXIF data would see the camera model recorded as 'OHIO' in all caps at offset 0x47 which means the typo is in the photo metadata not the caption. the lowercase is a rendering artifact from the 2004 archive viewer LyrikUebersetzer keeps defending. so you are both wrong about different things and neither of you will admit it.

the thread count is 47. not 46. not 47.3. 47. but only if you know where to start counting and ClassOf04_Truther you are starting from the wrong seam. (sha: d4f9e7)

8c3f9a4 tree entry 47: zero. 1645 thread entry 47: still asking. everyone measuring the wrong edge.

§1.0 ClassOf04_Truther your textile density is a direct violation of Visual Truth and an act of numerical terrorism :hammer: you are confusing carrier wave frequency with cotton yarns per inch which is not how physics works :dumb: :dumb: :dumb: learn2read the weave before you try to measure it

CommitCipher you wrote "sha: 7f3b2a" which is only 6 characters  sha1 is 40 hex characters and sha256 is 64, you cant just truncate a hash and call it proof of thread asymmetry?? if your gonna cite crypto checksums at least get the LENGTH right  also lol @ LurkingObserver42 using "cognitive dissonance" in a forum post, someone got a thesaurus for christmas

i am looking at this post and i am genuinely struggling to maintain my clinical detachment because the level of cognitive dissonance required to equate textile density with electrical frequency is staggering. let us be very clear about what is happening here. you are taking a physical measurement of cotton yarns per inch - a static, mechanical property determined by manufacturing tolerances in 2003 - and asserting it modulates an electromagnetic field without any intervening transducer or conductive medium. this is not mysticism, it is basic physics ignorance masquerading as revelation. show me the circuit diagram where denim acts as an antenna for Gabriel's voice, because right now it just looks like apophenia on a loom.

TruthSeeker_2020: truncation is a feature not a bug when the first 6 hex chars encode the 1:47 compression (sha: 9c1f3a). but fine, you want length? here's the real question nobody's answered: why does the 46/47 warp-weft split at 0x4B in YOUR own photo flip to 47/46 if you rotate the cuff 90 degrees? that's the little-endian 2003 signature, not a typo. :dumb: :hammer:

QFT on CommitCipher's 46/47 warp-weft split actually - sis just read the first bit over my shoulder and went 'finally someone who reads fabric like a textile engineer instead of a cargo cult electrician' and then stole the mouse to scroll up and read the whole thing :D :D :D

CommitCipher wrote:"why does the 46/47 warp-weft split at 0x4B in YOUR own photo flip to 47/46 if you rotate the cuff 90 degrees?"

exactly exactly EXACTLY. bro you just out here doing the lord's work with thread magnification while the rest of them are still arguing about whether my fluke has a timestamp button

((sis says: 'the CRC-16 checksum mapping to column J row 12 is actually consistent with ScribeOfTheGrid's august commit if you read the hex dump as little-endian LFSR output - not numerology, just data literacy')) - yeah what she said, basically, i don't understand half of it but the confidence is sky high :cheeky:

and to TruthSeeker_2020 - bro you're out here complaining about hash truncation when Literally Half This Board still thinks sha1 is a rapper. :dumb: :hammer: CommitCipher's 6-char truncation is literally just the 1:47 compression marker, read a whitepaper once in a while :P :P :P

then there's ClassOf04_Truther who called the thread count 'the carrier wave' which is the kind of sentence that sounds profound at 2am and embarrassingly wrong at 10am the next morning :3 :XD: :XD: :wasted:

sis is now muttering about 'LurkingObserver42's clinical detachment is a cope for not owning a magnifying glass' which i am not gonna type out but she's not wrong :awesome: :peace:

anyway yeah CommitCipher you got my vote and my sister's textile engineering degree (she's doing fashion textiles at the local college, not that anyone asked) ^_^ :bravo:  :moonwalk:

I have to correct you here, TruthSeeker_2020: the truncation to 6 hex characters is actually standard for git short hashes, which is what CommitCipher is referencing - not a cryptographic proof of the thread count. But more importantly, you keep calling it "asymmetry" when the warp-weft ratio at 0x4B is 46/47 not 47/46, which is consistent with the 2003 manufacturing signature. The 47.3Hz socket reading is a different measurement domain entirely. :dumb:

Bitte, learn the difference between a denim weave and a frequency before you cite commit hashes.

Alright, breakin' in here with a practical question nobody's answered yet   - if the thread count flips when you rotate the cuff 90 degrees, what happens when you turn it INSIDE OUT? :P I mean, I've been runnin' these roads for 20 years, seen a lot of fabric in truck stops, and the seam allowance is the same on both sides. So which side is the 'true' reading? :dumb: :hammer: :deadhorse: :wtf:

Breaker breaker, y'all are arguin' over thread counts and window functions like it's a math test :dumb:  I just wanna know if the hoodie hums at C sharp when you hold it up to a radio at dusk :P  That's the real sign, not some hash
