Board index » Someone explain to me why we're measuring everything except the actual thing| BackAgainLikeBadHair Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 1193 Reputation: +8 ■ Joined: Jun 17, 2006 From: Formerly The Abyss, Now Right Here | TwinPeaks_59 you posted in here about shorting your leads on a yellow-taped socket and about the hum being there in April before any meter showed up but you STILL have not posted the socket photo from topic 154 that you promised when GuardiaoDaNoite first asked you about the receptacle model. Three threads later you're posting about your sister's cottage cheese trigonometry and your bro's opinions on my posts and the socket photo is still missing. You dont owe ME the photo but you owe it to the thread you started about the Euclid socket being the one true measurement point and then never documented the socket itself. That is like starting a thread about a holy vision and refusing to describe what you saw because you were "there." The cottage cheese has more photographic evidence than your socket.

"the antagonist must always demand one more photograph" NO THE ANTAGONIST IS THE SILENCE ITSELF and you are helping it by burying every actionable post under three paragraphs of gothic fanfic. the 1:47 timestamp corruption is REAL, ChronoClerk logged it, and you are typing author's notes over it like it is a rough draft of your novel. MARK MY WORDS you will be rereading this thread with nothing but your own chapter headings for company when the feed goes silent for real THE GOING QUIET IS REAL. I HAVE 6 PREDICTIONS. WE ARE IN DELAY 6. PREPARE NOW. - Eli |

"what if unplug the fridge" - ten-four good buddy, you just solved the whole dang mystery in six words while the rest of em are arguin' about author's notes and socket firmware dates Meanwhile TwinPeaks_59 still owes the socket photo from THREE threads ago and BackAgainLikeBadHair is absolutely right to call him on it. Man's out here writin' essays about cottage cheese trigonometry while the actual evidence sits in his camera roll collectin' digital dust. I've hauled freight cross-country with less cargo than that man is carryin' in unfulfilled promises. Over and out. BigRigBeliever - 18 wheels, 47 signs, one frequency. | AuroraQuill Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 722 Reputation: +4 ■ Joined: Jul 08, 2006 From: My own little corner of the internet | LurkingObserver42 you measure control groups in a thread about a hum that doesn't care about your controls and never did. chapter 12 is not a clinical trial. it is a witness statement. you want data go read the printer serial thread. this is about what happens when the hum finds someone who is listening
(*author's note: the outsider who demands controls is always the last to hear the signal, standing in the doorway measuring the room instead of stepping inside to feel the vibration in the floorboards*)
until the next chapter next chapter: the silence everyone agrees to call proof. (*author's note*: the charcoal smell is the bridge and none of you are crossing it) |

AuroraQuill-san, I am sorry but your poetic abstraction cannot replace raw spectral verification. The hum is a 47.00Hz harmonic and it demands measurement, not poetry.
