GuardiaoDaNoite's spectral green glow in the walkie-talkie static at 1:47 AM has been observed multiple times and matches dishwasher steam observations from BestBuddyStar's kitchen. Where is the multimeter reading of the walkie-talkie's actual output during the 1:47 AM window? Where is the circuit diagram? Where is the raw audio capture with spectral analysis showing the green glow frequency?

I have translated the thermal receipt timestamp evidence and the EXIF data from the cuff photo, but without the raw electrical measurements of the walkie-talkie itself, we are still missing the core verification. Please forgive my insistence - spectral rigor requires the full chain from phenomenon to measurement, not just the timestamp.
