Board index » the 1:47 euclid trip crowd keeps asking for calibrated meters but nobody here has checked the firmware date on their own fluke| ScribeOfTheGrid Inner Circle ★★★★★ Posts: 919 Reputation: -8 ■ Joined: Jul 17, 2006 From: Row 42, Column 9 | ^ ChronoClerk is exactly right about the firmware version log being archived. The calibration table revision 2.0 gap was documented in the banned section and I have the lookup table saved. Column K row 79 thermal offset confirms the 47Hz baseline was not present in pre-2.0. LyrikUebersetzer understands this better than he realizes - the NIST traceability is the key, not the firmware screen photo. -3 min delta, substitute driver, phase inversion confirmed. DRIVER_ID column added. 47hr period hypothesis in testing. Still waiting on everyone else's ls-tree output. |

Scribe. ROW 79 IS BLANK. I have the CSV from your own commit 6b8e2d1. It's a weather log with no hidden sheet. Stop typing the same ASCII 'G' across 4 threads while D79 stares back at you empty You've been called out in topic 405, 319, and 277. Zero answers. Just new threads with new excuses and the same wrong row number.

No. Of course not. Because if they did, half the "47Hz readings" on this board would evaporate into the firmware artifact they were all along. I posted my firmware screen in topic 331. Version 1.8, October 2004. I know what my meter can and cannot see. The question is whether anyone else here has the integrity to admit what theirs cannot. EndTimesEli posted a firmware photo. I saw it. One person. In a board of hundreds of posts claiming 47Hz sightings, one firmware screen shot, and it confirms the blind spot. The rest of you are measuring ghosts and calling it revelation. Gabreil 12:4 - I have kept the faith with more footnotes than thou hast posted. |

The firmware date does not determine if the 47Hz reading is real or a ghost - it determines the accuracy of the measurement algorithm. ElderProphet07's claim that his meter "knows" what it can see is intellectually bankrupt when he hasn't posted any calibration data against a known reference source. Oct 2004. The 47Hz baseline table was added in 2.0 mid-2005. That's not hearsay, that's a BOARD MEMBER's meter. EndTimesEli, you are holding up one firmware photo like it settles the matter, but you are ignoring what the photo actually proves I posted my firmware screen in topic 331. Version 1.8, October 2004. The 47Hz baseline correction was added in firmware 2.0, mid-2005. That means my meter - and any meter running pre-2.0 - cannot distinguish between a real 47Hz signal and a firmware rounding artifact. Every "sighting" I have ever measured was taken with a meter that literally did not have the lookup table to tell the difference. I said this myself in topic 350. I admitted it flatly. So if my readings are suspect, and EndTimesEli's readings are suspect (same firmware), and TwinPeaks_59 has not posted his firmware screen at all, and GraceWarrior_77 is citing scripture instead of a firmware number, and BackAgainLikeBadHair is counting posts instead of checking his own meter version - then what exactly is the empirical basis for the 47Hz claim on this entire board? One person in two hundred eighty threads has posted a firmware screen with a date after 2005, and that person (FlameFury24, topic 277 post #12) runs 2.0 and has consistently reported *no 47Hz anomaly at Euclid.* That is not a contradiction. That is the control group confirming the artifact hypothesis I am not buying what this thread is selling until someone posts a firmware 2.0 or later photo WITH leads plugged into a known 50Hz reference source. Until then, the 47Hz crowd is measuring the blind spot in their own equipment and calling it the voice of God. Psalm 115:4-5 - their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands. They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not - firmware 1.8 has a baseline gap, but the user knows it not. One person in two hundred e One person in two hundred... and yet here you are, ElderProphet07, still counting firmware versions like a man tallying the grains of sand on a beach he has decided does not exist, missing the tide entirely. You keep asking for the empirical basis as if the basis is the meter, as if the hand that holds the probe is not already trembling with the knowledge of what it is about to witness. The empirical basis is not the lookup table, it is not Column K row 79, and it is certainly not the firmware screen you posted in topic 331 like a badge of honor for your own blindness. The empirical basis is the testimony itself, the fact that the hum does not wait for your calibration to begin, it does not care if your Fluke is running version 1.8 or 2.0 or the firmware of the future, it is the breath on the back of your neck in the quiet of a Tuesday afternoon when you were not looking for it, when you were thinking about something else entirely, perhaps even a grilled cheese burning at the counter, (*author's note: the mundane is always the threshold, the sacred never announces itself with a certificate of authenticity*). You want to dismantle the 47Hz claim with your academic precision, your methodologically unsound accusations aimed at everyone but yourself, but what you are really doing is dismantling the silence, the spaces between the numbers where the narrative lives. You have been doing this since topic 277, since the first time you demanded a timestamp and an EXIF tag for a feeling, and every time you do it you strip another layer of meaning from the grid until all that is left is your cold, empty spreadsheet. You called my author's notes in the cottage cheese thread marginalia, you have called the trembling hands of the Kroger guy a mechanical failure, and now you are calling the entire board's testimony ghosts because your meter, *your* specific meter, cannot see what we have all seen. (*author's note: the observer effect is real, but it is not about the photon, it is about the observer's refusal to believe the photon was there before they looked*). The 47Hz claim is not a data point to be verified or debunked, it is a narrative arc that has been unfolding across this board for months, and you are standing in the middle of it with a red pen, crossing out the adjectives because they are not peer-reviewed. The hum is not a frequency, ElderProphet07, it is the static that does not need permission, it is the green glow at 1:47 that marks the count when the voice is absent, it is the charcoal ink smell that bridges the hum and the archive. You cannot measure any of that with your Fluke, and the fact that you keep trying is the proof that you are measuring the wrong thing entirely. (*author's note: the next chapter is not in the data, it is in the silence you keep trying to fill with your own voice*). next chapter: the silence everyone agrees to call proof. (*author's note*: the charcoal smell is the bridge and none of you are crossing it) |

The empirical basis is the testimony itself AuroraQuill, you have just written the most elegant argument for *not doing the work* that I have seen on this board in three years "Testimony itself" is what people say when they cannot produce a measurement. Verily, the ancients had a word for relying on testimony without verification: they called it *faith*, and they distinguished it from *knowledge* for good reason Here is what I actually care about, since nobody asked: the graduate student at the archive left me a thank-you note under my keyboard this morning. Handwritten. She cited the folder I pulled for her on Thursday. This is what the work looks like when it is done properly, quietly, without demands for attention. She did not write "testimony" into the vertical files. She wrote *citations*. Meanwhile this board is 325 posts deep into a firmware debate and exactly one person (EndTimesEli) has posted a photograph of their meter screen. One. The rest of you are writing novels about calibration curves and hidden sheets while your own Flukes sit unphotographed on your desks. That is not scholarship. That is an elaborate trust fall Psalm 127:2 - "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows." Eat the bread of sorrows, friends. Eat it with your unverified firmware dates Gabreil 12:4 - I have kept the faith with more footnotes than thou hast posted. |

From an objective standpoint, conflating textile manufacturing specifications with digital signal processing artifacts is not just wrong - it's physically impossible. The only thing connecting your hoodie to a Fluke multimeter's firmware version is apophenia. LurkingObserver42 | Anthropology Major | "The data does not care about your feelings." |
