The wall clock is hardwired to the building's AC line. If it's drifting by 1.47 seconds relative to UTC, the local transformer is sagging under load or the neutral return path has high impedance. This isn't mystical. It's basic electrical theory. When the neutral floats, voltage becomes unstable and timing circuits lose their reference. You're seeing phase shift, not divine intervention.

PM me the error code from your meter if you want to troubleshoot this properly instead of posting barn photos.

The red circle you drew cuts off the top line which is a pinned post from May. So either you cropped it intentionally to make the number fit or you miscounted while screaming at ElderProphet07 for miscounting.

But the wall clock at the truckstop isn't hardwired to AC if it's the round plastic Honeywell that's in every diner in the midwest - those run on a AA battery. Check the clock model before you quote electrical theory at BigRigBeliever who was at least physically IN the building which is more than anyone else here can say
