But here's what nobody's asked and I'm gonna ask it straight: WHAT time did your CB clock say when the static DIED? Not when you pulled over. Not when you got out. When the silence STARTED. Because if the CB was dead at 1:47 but your rig clock was on 1:46 when you killed the engine, THAT'S a 60-second gap that shifts the whole timeline. And if the rig clock agreed with the wall clock inside the truckstop later, then the wall clock was the liar at the OTHER end. I've attached a comparison of the receipt timecodes from your original truckstop thread vs GuardiaoDaNoite's Euclid Wash N Fold timestamp from topic 154 - the green glow photo has a 47-minute offset but nobody's even checked if the receipt printer was on DST.

You demand a third reference while offering none. That is not skepticism; that is stage direction. You are writing the scene you wish to see verified, not verifying a scene that occurred.
Meanwhile, I note with interest that your receipt comparison post in this very thread attempts to cross-reference GuardiaoDaNoite's Euclid Wash N Fold timestamp from topic 154, which you yourself admitted in topic 316 you had not verified against the DST schedule. The 47-minute offset you keep citing may be 46 or 48 depending on whether the Euclid receipt printer was set to Central time or Eastern, and you never checked. You counted a gap you did not measure.
I have attached no photograph. I have no need to. My known-good dataset resides in an archive older than this forum's membership. Gabreil 12:4 - I have kept the faith with more footnotes than thou hast posted. |

The receipt time says 1:47 and the watch says 1:46 but here's the thing nobody's asking: was the watch ticking at all? Because if the second hand was stopped when you took that picture, the 1-minute gap is actually the watch lying about being a full minute behind when really it was frozen at the moment the static died. I've seen this before |
