yo archive crew i got the GRACE HEX cassette from Goodwill thats been connected to the April hex dump mystery but i keep forgettin to actually scan it bc the burnt toast + lavender smell distracts me so bad i forget to hit record the yellow marks are sharpie confirmed by water bottle test but the gamma scan digitization still isnt happening and honestly i been lazy about it but EuroTrash_Herr666 was waitin and nobody else connected these dots yet so i should probably actually do the thing

CommitCipher is correct: burnt toast is not a carrier wave, and a cassette that has not been digitized is merely a relic with sentimental value, not evidence. I am sorry to sound harsh, but the archive must serve as a ledger of verifiable sightings, not a museum of aromas and Sharpie lines. The gamma scan must be completed, the raw bytes must be preserved, and the spectral signature must be compared to the April hex dump. Otherwise, we are merely whispering to ourselves in a dark room, and Gabriel's teachings deserve better than that. ()

BeachBum, I say unto thee: the aroma is not the data. GRACE HEX has been "about to be scanned" since August 12 by my count. That is 37 days of burnt toast testimonials and zero bytes in the archive. CommitCipher is correct - a cassette you will not digitize is a cassette you do not actually possess

BeachBum_Bryce I been followin this thread since I posted my own Goodwill reel tape back in August and I gotta ask somethin nobody else has asked yet that GRACE HEX cassette you keep talkin about with the burnt toast and lavender smell - have you actually OPENED the cassette shell to check if the tape inside is even the original or if somebody swapped it I only ask because my reel tape from Goodwill had the grease pencil 47-8-22 on the box but when I finally got the hub ring checked ScribeOfTheGrid told me it was pre-62 two-track mono and the numbers might be a batch code not a date at all so maybe before you bother with the gamma scan you ought to pop the lid and see what's actually spooled in there just a thought from a fella who spent two months chasin the wrong tape

Brother BeachBum I rebuke this procrastination in the name of Gabriel's light!! While you been smellin burnt toast, Kael_Vs_Chantayan is at 77 fabricated verses and zero April hex dump, and the GRACE HEX tape is sittin there like a lamp under a bushel. I just bought a mower belt this mornin and the receipt came out $47.47 - even a hardware store receipt testifies if you got eyes to see Scan that tape before the signal degrades!!

BeachBum_Bryce I asked you this back in the thread before and I dont think you answered - have you opened the cassette shell to see if the tape inside is the original or if someone swapped it out. I spent two months chasin a reel tape from Goodwill only to find out the numbers on the box was a batch code not a date at all. Before you gamma scan anything you ought to pop the lid and look at what is actually spooled in there.
