Where is the physical calibration log with the certifying body's stamp, not your row numbers?

If no one can answer that tonight, then Saturday's entire endeavor is a parade of phantoms. I will have my Fluke 87V, serial number 473902, with a calibration cert dated March 2006. Anyone else care to match that level of specificity, or shall we continue pretending that a yarn cord constitutes a measurement?
