The 47.32 Hz tram brake fundamental on that recording is not a "carrier wave" and it is not "spirit hum" - it is a measurable Kinki Sharyo LRV motor controller artifact that I have already confirmed with the RTA log from June 22. EuroTrash_Herr666 finally acknowledged this in the other thread, for which: Danke.
