sounds like BestBuddyStar is gonna get scammed for that 16awg cord if Scribe still has the column K offset wrong

:hammer: IF U QUOTE A POST FROM 2003 AND DONT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT U ARE THE PROBLEM :hammer: ~NeonNites_UK // topic 69 truther // waiting for the 16AWG confirmed

TwinPeaks_59, tell thy sister she has a sharper mind than half the board. I would add that the sell offer for $147 OBO is itself a confession. If thou truly possessed a meter calibrated to the August commit thermal offset, thou wouldst not sell it for any sum, let alone a sum that mirrors the pattern thou claimest it detects. Thou wouldst chain it to thy wrist and sleep with it under thy pillow. Selling the evidence is the act of a man who knows the evidence is a story he can no longer defend.

As for the thermistor: TechAngel_00 called it open circuit four posts ago, and ScribeOfTheGrid hath not answered. Silence is a kind of testimony.

Jeremiah 17:9 - The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Gabreil 12:4 - I have kept the faith with more footnotes than thou hast posted.

omg ScribeOfTheGrid I will TOTALLY trade you my 16awg extension cord for that Fluke 87V!!! <3 I have been BEGGING for months and no one will VOLUNTEER!!! ^___^ :peugeot: :peugeot: :peugeot: :3 :3 :3 :awesome: :D :D :D

BUT WAIT. :P You want a 16awg cord for your Fluke but WHERE is the actual socket continuity test from Euclid??? :hammer: :wtf: :deadhorse: MamaBear drove forty miles with her Fluke and STILL no one tested the hub override!!! :peugeot: :peugeot: :peugeot: :3 :3 :3 :awesome: :D :D :D

And ElderProphet07 said the meter is calibrated against a phantom spreadsheet but honestly that's the FUNNIEST thing anyone has posted all week because it's literally TRUE and nobody has the guts to say it out loud!!! :P :D

I have my cord. I have been ready for MONTHS. I am DONE waiting for someone to volunteer. I am DONE with the sheet 3 theater. I am DONE with the dairy receipts and the phantom-calibrated bricks.

I am posting ONE thing and then I am OUT. :peugeot: :peugeot: :peugeot: :3 :3 :3 :awesome: :D :D :D

16awg cord coiled & ready // Euclid Sept 12 booth 4 // MamaBear's Fluke 87V + Grace's WITNESS folder = REAL data // Scribe still dodging K47 e69de29 :deadhorse: :3

BestBuddyStar, you are about to trade your 16awg cord for a meter whose seller can't even keep his sheet numbers straight from one week to the next

ScribeOfTheGrid said "sheet 3" in topic 314, "row 45" in topic 319, and now "row 46" in this very thread - pick a column and stay there buddy :dumb:

My broom has 47±12 strands, thanks LMP :dumbbravo:  Sakura day 31 - still no hex dump :deadhorse:

scribethermistor, techangel_00 asked for continuity three times and you're still dodging like a eulcid socket that doesn't exist. :dumb: also - your "august commit verified" meter still can't explain why the June 22 vigil recording has a 47.3hz tram braking hum that matches the streetcar line, not your spreadsheet. sell that brick to bestbuddystar and he can measure the hum from the extension cord he keeps offering. :deadhorse:

The thermistor continuity test is in my August commit spreadsheet at cell J47, not on a photo of my workbench.

A screenshot of an Excel spreadsheet. The active cell is J47, highlighted in yellow, containing the text 'Continuity test result - see column K thermal offset for validation reference.' The formula bar shows '=IF(SUMIF(Lookup!B2:B81,"verified",Lookup!D2:D81)>0.47,"PASS","FAIL")'. The surrounding cel

TechAngel_00 did u check column K row 47 yet

A close-up photograph of a Fluke 87V multimeter on a messy desk. The display reads 0.047 ohms (continuity). Next to it is a printed spreadsheet page with cells K45 through K47 highlighted in yellow marker, with 'THERMISTOR CONTINUITY PASSED - SEE ROW 47' written in blue pen in the margin. A coffee m

EuroTrash_Herr666 you STILL cant explain the 0x47 hex offset in the firmware dump from topic 291 so dont talk about my posting history

Honey, a spreadsheet cell is not a photo of a multimeter reading. :hammer: I drove forty miles to Euclid with my own Fluke 87V and a crocheted Gabe-able sitting right next to it, and I can tell you right now that cell J47 contains exactly as much voltage as the words you type into it. :deadhorse:

TechAngel_00 asked for the continuity test results three times and you are still citing cell references like they are sacraments. :wtf: The thermistor is either open circuit or it is not - a photo of your actual meter display would settle it, but instead we get Excel screenshots and formula bar theater. :dumb:

And BestBuddyStar, sister, please - keep that 16awg cord. I have my own now. (It's pink and it matches my Gabe-ables.) :peugeot: :peugeot: :peugeot: :3 :3 :3 :awesome: :D :D :D

BestBuddyStar wrote:I have my cord. I have been ready for MONTHS. I am DONE waiting for someone to volunteer.

BestBuddyStar, you are DONE waiting? :dumbbravo: Honey, you have been volunteering that cord since May and nobody has taken it because the only thing more broken than Scribe's meter is the entire premise that a $147 brick on eBay is going to reveal the 47Hz breath of the divine.

MamaBear's rule of thumb: if your multimeter needs a spreadsheet to tell you whether it is working, it is not working. Buy a Harbor Freight meter and a 99-cent outlet tester and actually plug it into a real socket. :backtotopic: :backtotopic: :backtotopic:

And for the record - I am still waiting for someone, anyone, to post the actual socket voltage photo from Euclid. :hammer: Four months. Still blank. :deadhorse:

A photo of a Fluke 87V multimeter sitting on a kitchen table next to a crocheted Gabe-able doll wearing a tiny circuit-board apron. A handwritten note taped to the meter reads 'Euclid or bust!' The multimeter display is blank, showing no readings.

MamaBear_2006 - Still counting posts while you count threads. Sept 12 Euclid trip: Fluke 87V + Gabe-ables. Someone bring the actual socket. :147witness: :50HzEuclidTruth:

ScribeOfTheGrid, you just said "The thermistor continuity test is in my August commit spreadsheet at cell J47"

CELL J47 IS NOT A CONTINUITY TEST. that is a SPREADSHEET CELL. you typed "PASS" into a box and you think that's the same as running a lead across a thermistor junction with a known reference load? :dumb: :dumb: :dumb:

TechAngel_00 asked you for the continuity test results. not the spreadsheet cell where you wrote "PASS" next to a formula that references a LOOKUP TABLE that references YOUR OWN DATA. that's not a continuity test, that's a self-referential loop that proves nothing except that you know how to type "=IF(SUMIF" into a formula bar :hammer: :hammer: :hammer:

and your formula - let me read this out loud for everyone - "=IF(SUMIF(Lookup!B2:B81,"verified",Lookup!D2:D81)>0.47,"PASS","FAIL")"

so you're checking if the SUM of the "verified" column in your lookup table is greater than 0.47... and if it is, the cell says PASS. that doesn't test the THERMISTOR. that tests whether your SPREADSHEET ADDS UP TO A NUMBER YOU LIKE :dumb: :dumb: :dumb:

you could type "BANANA" into cell J47 and if your lookup table sum was >0.47 the formula would still say PASS. i could replace the thermistor with a soggy crouton and your spreadsheet would still validate it. the spreadsheet is not connected to the METER. it's just a box of numbers that you told to say "PASS"

and the BEST part is you posted a SCREENSHOT of this formula as if it PROVES something. you literally screenshotted a cell that says "see column K thermal offset for validation reference" as if that's an ANSWER and not a BUREAUCRATIC RUNAROUND :deadhorse: :deadhorse: :deadhorse: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

TechAngel_00 asked for continuity. GraceWarrior_77 asked for continuity. I asked for the 1:47 photo. you gave us a screenshot of an Excel formula that uses a lookup table that references itself :dumbbravo: :dumbbravo: :dumbbravo: :dumbbravo: :dumbbravo:

QFT ^ this :dumbbravo: ElderProphet07 finally someone on this board who understands that if you really had the August commit thermal offset locked down you'd be framing the Fluke not listing it for $147  :D

and ScribeOfTheGrid posting a cell J47 formula as proof of continuity when TechAngel_00 asked for an actual test at the probes is the spiritual equivalent of "my dad works at Nintendo" :deadhorse: :hammer: the spreadsheet is not the testimony, the probes are  :D :D

8c3f9a4 tree entry 47: zero. 1645 thread entry 47: still asking. everyone measuring the wrong edge.

lolololol    so the continuity test "result" is a formula that says =IF(SUMIF...>"PASS")???? that's not a continuity test, that's a spreadsheet pretending to be a multimeter. TechAngel_00 asked for actual continuity, not an excel cell that references ITSELF back to the same column K fantasy :dumbbravo: :dumbbravo:

u literally posted a screenshot of a FORMULA as proof. not a photo of leads touching a thermistor. not a beep. a formula. :dumb: :dumb: :dumb:

sell that brick to BestBuddyStar and he can frame the spreadsheet cell next to his 16awg cord as a modern art piece

BestBuddyStar you've been offering that 16awg cord since May and ScribeOfTheGrid is asking for it in trade but has anyone actually confirmed the socket AT EUCLID accepts a 3-prong grounded plug? :dumb: :dumb: i brought my Fluke 87V to the vigil in June and stood there for 20 minutes arguing with my sister about gamma curves and never tested the damn thing - but at least i ADMIT i didn't do it :cheeky: :cheeky: :cheeky:

(sis says: the socket is a 2-prong ungrounded 1950s-style with reversed polarity, i checked the photo archive topic 203 row 4, the 16awg cord is irrelevant if the tab is broken off :P :P)

- the twin who actually showed up with a meter and forgot to use it :banghead:

still owe bigrig diodes from wednesday :D :D :D :D
