The meter's resolution is 0.1mV; the sticky note visible shows "ROW 46" (not "ROW 79"). per the visible image.

Rest of you are posting about row 45 vs row 46 while your own meters might be running code from before Gabriel's first commit. How do you know your thermal offset is even row 45 or 46 when your meter thinks George Bush is still president?

Either you measured the 47.3Hz impedance or you did not. The August 6 commit has nothing to do with the physics of a reference resistor.
